Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note that personalized or customized items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Return and Refund Authorization:

  • Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
  • You cannot return anything that have been cleaned, used, or altered.

How to return the item:

If your return is accepted,To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@casefeely.com to get a complimentary return shipping label., which you can print and attach to the return package.

Please include your order number and reason for the return when contacting us.

Once your product is shipped back to our return address, please send the correct tracking number to support@casefeely.com.

 

Return or Exchange Shipping Fees:

  • If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, casefeely will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return or exchange is due to non-quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Please contact us at support@casefeely.com for specific fees and addresses.

 

No Restocking Fee:

casefeely does not impose a restocking fee for returns. We believe in streamlining the return process to ensure convenience for our customers.

 

Refund Process:

Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days.

 

Exchange:
Only things that were harmed or defective because of our error will be exchanged.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are committed to promptly resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Cancel Order:

1. To cancel an order, email us at support@casefeely.com.
2. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order is canceled before it is shipped, no fees will be charged.
3. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, or the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
